Guys... I don't want to be mean, but parsing is not that hard, lol.
<cr><lf> is not hard to parse either. For ```, all you need is a boolean (or even just a context enum)
that's set to its opposite value everytime you see ``` at the start of a line. If the value was set to
true, then you're now in a block and everything after ``` will be the alt text.
