  Shouldn't that be: <tag://tools.ieft.org,1995-03-11:rfc2648>?

  My bogging engine [1] is configured to recognize links in the form of

	rfc:2648

and generate a link to the RFC.  Also, I have:

	asin:blahblahblah

to link to my Amazon affilate store.  But that's hidden behind the scenes
and those shouldn't leak out.
