[ANN] gemini-textboard.fgaz.me: a simple textboard

Bombadillo says the cert is expired. It seems a lot of people are
using clients that don't check TLS...

Anyway this seems like a cool idea, although geddit.pitr.ca was the
first textboard I believe. It only works on links though, so this seems
like a great addition.
