[ANN] Kristall Small-Internet Browser V0.3 released

Hey!

Two weeks ago was the last release of Kristall, and now the next release
is finished:

Kristall 0.3

Major new features:
* Client certificate support
* TLS management with TOFU, CA and manual trust for HTTPS and Gemini
* Improved network management, now yielding better error messages
* Now supports non-UTF-8 encodings via iconv

In general, the 0.3 release is focused on security while surfing and
enables you to take control of Kristalls behaviour.

You can fetch the source release at GitHub [0].

As usual, i'm happy about feedback and patches!
