[ANN] gemget v1.2.0

Just a quick announcement, I've released a new version of gemget,
v1.2.0. This works with self-signed certs a lot better, you should
definitely update!

I don't plan on crowding the mailing list with any future updates if they
come, so your best bet is to subscribe to releases on Github.

I also recommend that for any of my other software, like md2gemini,
