[ANN] Rocketeer, a Gemini browser for iOS

That looks great!

I'd be happy to try it out, but my device is stuck on iOS 12.x (because
iPhone 5S). I have no idea how much effort would be involved in
supporting iOS<13, but would appreciate it if it isn't going to be a
hassle.
