I read your lengthy and very detailed blogpost about implementing a Gemini client in Swift. I’d love to try it out...

This may change in the future, since there are a number of limitations SwiftUI imposes that aren’t easy to work around, and if it does, I’ll definitely look into supporting earlier OS’s.
