proxy.vulpes.one not displaying preformatted text

Hi all,

It appears proxy.vulpes.one won't display preformatted text if 
it's the first thing in a document:

  https://proxy.vulpes.one/gemini/republic.circumlunar.space/users/flexibeast/preformatted-1.gmi

Adding leading text results in the preformatted text being 
displayed:

  https://proxy.vulpes.one/gemini/republic.circumlunar.space/users/flexibeast/preformatted-2.gmi

The issue doesn't appear when using portal.mozz.us:

  https://portal.mozz.us/gemini/republic.circumlunar.space/users/flexibeast/preformatted-1.gmi

  https://portal.mozz.us/gemini/republic.circumlunar.space/users/flexibeast/preformatted-2.gmi

No contact details are listed at https://proxy.vulpes.one/; does 
anyone know who i should contact about this?

(Also, the text of https://proxy.vulpes.one/ refers to 
"startpage:// in the top left corner", but the actual text is 
"start://".)
