Caching and sizes, the explosion of responise codes (was Re: Caching and status codes)

  This *did* happen, back on November 3rd.

  And my argument, even with the size response code removed, can *still*
lead to a combinatoric explosion of response codes.  Today it's just *two*,
but what about tomorrow?
