[ANN] Twink, a CLI Gemini client

Hi Geminauts,

I've been working on a new Gemini client, tentatively called "Twink".  It
was going to be "Twin" until I realized just how many servers/libraries/etc
use that name already :)  It's very early still for this codebase, but it's
functional-enough that I wanted to share it.  It's CLI-only for now, though
I intend to build a Qt program around the core library in the near future.

At present it is more or less cURL + TOFU validation + ANSI formatting.
