Some are listed in gemini://gemini.circumlunar.space/docs/

So I’d expect this page to regroup all validated specifications, and best/common practices/conventions.

I also started gemini://gemlog.lanterne.chilliet.eu/specifications.en.gmi to list actual specifications and proposals without mixing them with best practice documents.
