Lagrange lets you enter tags for bookmarks/feeds as a free-format string of text. In fact, a feed is a tagged bookmark. The quick search feature looks through bookmark tags.

Folders and ordering are on my to-do list. I'm getting a bit annoyed using the simple alphabetically ordered flat list of bookmarks. :)
