Sorry, I wasn't saying that gemini://🎭/%F0%9F%91%B9.gmi [0] is better
than gemini://🎭/👹.gmi (it is not).  Rather, than even with
IRIs you don't want to delete the percent-decoding code in your parser.

[0]     idn2 refuses to punycode 🎭 :/
