[TECH] HtmGem v1.0.0, Php program to view Gemini through HTTP

Hi all,

HtmGem v1.0.0 is out !

Its purpose is to enable serving Gemtext through an HTTP server. Copied
on a Php webserver, it would serve Gemini pages by converting them
on-the-fly to HTML.

For now, the explanation pages are in French, but it's just about to:
* Copy "htmgem" directory.
* Access "htmgem" through HTTP and read a bit.
* Adapt the url rewriting to your needs.
