SDF has set up Gemini service for its MetaARPA users

Announced recently. SDF.org Users with accounts on the 'metaarray' can just create a folder there, drop an index.gmi, and be in Geminispace!

I made the tutorial in the sdf wiki. Let me know if you have comments/suggestions!

I had run my own jetforce on the metaarray for a bit, but we had to use allocated (non-standard) ports.
