No, I manage a crawler and I was investigating the capsules that were
known but without successful connection to their robots.txt.

There are test suites for clients
(<gemini://gemini.conman.org/test/torture/>,
<gemini://egsam.glv.one/>) but, AFAIK, not for servers.
