A proposal to freeze the Gemini specification

It was thus said that the Great almaember once stated:

  He wrote the original specification, and updated it with feedback from
those that did write implementations (both servers and clients).  And he
also wrote a server (Molly-Brown) and a client (AV-98).  To say he didn't
write an implemetion is rewriting history.

  Let me assure you that the community has NOT settled on the original spec.
It's why I got burned out (and Solderpunk before me).
